Often referred to as an efficiency/productivity expert, I’m a certified professional coach specializing in Adult ADHD and business/work productivity related issues. As an ADHD adult myself I know and understand the challenges we face all too well. My clients are highly functioning, smart, successful business professionals who, ADD or not, routinely struggle with issues such as procrastination, disorganization, distraction and overwhelm and often feel like they can’t quite seem to get their act together even though all they do is try! Along with a 25+ year career in media broadcasting sales and degree in psychology, I graduated and received my coach training from IPEC in 2004 and have maintained my ICF credential for the past 19 years. I founded my own company almost two decades ago and have been doing this work ever since; coaching literally hundreds of clients to success.
