Tim Bidon, our Sex Positive Coordinator, is a graduate of Ithaca College where they studied journalism and politics. For them, mental health is both a personal and professional matter and Tim takes great interest in the intersection of queer advocacy, sex positivity, mental healthcare, and the language we use to create a mental health infrastructure that brings in all marginalized people. As a queer individual, Tim takes pride in approaching problem-solving and discussion with a focus on ethical non-monogamy, BDSM/ kink affirmation, sex and body positivity. As Tim continues to explore their own gender identity and expression, they are especially passionate about issues surrounding gender theory and re-thinking the gender binary. All this ties in to Tim's passion for work that contributes to fostering social justice on a local, national, and global scale by leveraging their communications and administrative skills for a greater good.
