Dr. Lauren Moy is a Staff Psychologist at Brooklyn Minds. She received her PhD in Clinical Psychology from Adelphi University and her MA in Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University. Dr. Moy works with individuals across the lifespan, but has extensive clinical training in treating adolescents and young adults. Dr. Moy employs an integrative approach to treatment, incorporating theory and techniques from several theoretical approaches, including psychodynamic psychotherapy, DBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mentalization-Based Treatment (MBT), in order to cater treatment based on individual patient needs.
